Through this program, you will have the privilege to earn redeemable Loyalty Points on your every valued purchase. Loyalty Points earned can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Enjoy three types of ILLIYEEN Loyalty Status:
- SILVER is the primary Loyalty Status that makes you eligible for earning Loyalty Points. You can enjoy Silver Loyalty Status by signing up for the Loyalty Program at any ILLIYEEN Store or on your ILLIYEEN Online Store Account. As a Silver Status holder, you can earn one (01) Loyalty Point for every BDT 100 worth of purchase.
- GOLD is the standard Loyalty Status. By purchasing products worth BDT 100,000 or more (less than BDT 300,000) within a span of one year or less, you can upgrade to Gold Loyalty Status from Silver Status instantly. For Gold Status, three (03) Loyalty Points are earned for every BDT 100 worth of purchase.
- PLATINUM is the highest Loyalty Status that can be secured by purchasing products worth BDT 300,000 or more within a span of one year or less. As a Platinum Loyalty Status holder, you can earn five (05) points for every BDT 100 worth of purchase. Platinum Status also comes with special privileges and additional benefits.
How to Sign Up
Signing up is super simple. Initially, you can sign up for the Loyalty Program and obtain a Loyalty Card by providing your name and contact information at any ILLIYEEN Store.
You can also sign up on your ILLIYEEN Online Store Account by filling out a Loyalty Program Form.
How to Track Points
You can easily track your Loyalty Points in three ways:
- By logging in to your ILLIYEEN Online Store Account
- By visiting ILLIYEEN Stores
- By contacting ILLIYEEN Service Center
Important Terms
- Your Loyalty Status will be determined by the amount of purchase you make within a span of 1 year (365 days).
- You will be eligible to redeem Loyalty Points in multiples of 100 points.
- At least 100 Loyalty Points are required to redeem the earned points.
- Earned Loyalty Points are not refundable as cash.
- In all cases, one Loyalty Point equals BDT 1.
- ILLIYEEN reserves the right to bring changes to the Loyalty Program’s terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
