If you would like to ship to a different address, you may consider placing a separate order and making payment for it separately. Due to various external risks and operational limitations, certain locations may be unavailable for delivery. In such cases, ILLIYEEN does not process orders to those destinations to uphold safety, compliance, and service reliability.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can easily track your order using the Order History option after logging in to the ILLIYEEN Online Store.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

First, track your order using the Order ID from the Order History page by logging into the website or platform.

If you need to report a missing item, you may email us at support@ilyn.global, or reach out through our social media pages to contact our Service Center.

What if I am not there to receive the order?

Your order can be received by someone authorized by you on your behalf. In that case, you should inform our customer service team prior to receiving the delivery.

What can I do in case of delayed delivery?

Sometimes, the product delivery may get delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, and it might exceed the delivery schedule mentioned above.

What is closed-box delivery?

Closed-box delivery means that the customer receives the delivered product in a sealed packaging. The product cannot be instantly returned to the delivery agent. To initiate a return or refund process, customers will need to contact ILLIYEEN as per the standard Exchange and Refund Policy.
